These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to users of the VIP Managing website and related online properties (the "Site") operated by VIP Managing Inc. ("VIP Managing," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

VIP Managing is a DBA of James J. Messina Landscaping Inc.

Age Requirement

The Site is intended for adults (18+). The Site is not designed for children.

Additional Account Terms and Conditions

If you are a client of VIP Managing, your relationship with us is additionally governed by our Account Terms and Conditions and any terms found on signed agreements. These include important details about services, billing, intellectual property, and support. Please review them prior to engaging our services or submitting payment.

Phone Contact Information

If you provide your phone number, you consent to be contacted by phone regarding your inquiries, job application, hiring process, and onboarding/training (if hired). Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, compliance, and documentation purposes. We may also use automated or AI assistance during calls (for example, to help route your call, provide information, or create notes and summaries).

Providing a mobile phone number is optional. Submitting an application is not conditioned on SMS consent.

Mobile Messaging Terms (VIP Managing Hiring Program)

Program Description

By opting in, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages from VIP Managing related to your application status, interview scheduling, onboarding and training (if hired), and other hiring/work-related communications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from VIP Managing unless you opt in again.

Rejoining

If you want to receive SMS messages again after opting out, you may re-enroll by submitting a new opt-in through the same website form where you originally opted in.

Rates / Wireless Provider

Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy / No Sale of Mobile Information

VIP Managing does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information is shared only with service providers as necessary to send and deliver text messages. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

No Condition of Application or Employment

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of submitting an application or being considered for employment.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the Site for unlawful activity.

Information on this Site may not be scraped, replicated, or distributed for business gain or for any artificial intelligence (AI) or automated data extraction purposes. The Site may not be used to send unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or malicious software. You may link to our website as long as it is done fairly and legally without damaging our reputation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by VIP Managing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
